Gina Tomes
Founder
Gina’s exceptional journey in the realm of maternity homes began as a co-founder and key stakeholder of Bethlehem House in Omaha, Nebraska. Since its inception in 2005, she has played an instrumental role as the Executive Director and program creator. Demonstrating her visionary approach, Gina introduced 28 powerful programming interventions. Each touch point is designed to guide clients, offering them the opportunity to build the essential foundations for thriving lives. She has an unwavering belief in professionally trained and sustainable staffing models. Gina’s dedication has transcended traditional roles as she truly believes that launching and growing aftercare pathways and programs to the families we serve is the key to success.
Gina is dedicated to being a champion for life and empowering other maternity homes. She has had the privilege of guiding maternity homes and providing invaluable support from the early stages of conception to the momentous opening day. Gina’s guidance encompasses key areas, such as providing essential documents, programming, staffing models, and guidance, developing job descriptions, policies and procedures, resident handbooks, aftercare programming and home visitation, fostering community collaborations, and facilitating the hiring process.
